IPTV Australia respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

• Name, email and WhatsApp number (provided when you subscribe or start a free trial)
• Payment metadata (Stripe processes the card itself; we never see your card number)
• Usage logs (device type, IP address, stream selections — for service stability and abuse detection)

2. How we use it

• Deliver your prepay code and process payments
• Provide customer support
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Email you service updates (you can opt out anytime)

3. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) payment processor Stripe, (b) email/SMS delivery providers, (c) Australian law-enforcement agencies if legally required.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure within Australia and the EU. Access is limited to authorised support staff.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@catchontv1.email. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for cart/order continuity. No third-party advertising trackers.

7. Complaints

If you believe we’ve mishandled your data, contact us first. If unresolved within 30 days, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

8. Changes

We’ll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
