Eligible for refund

• Within 30 days of your first paid subscription
• Stream quality issues we can’t resolve
• Channels missing that we said were included
• Activation failures we can’t fix
• You’ve simply changed your mind

Not eligible

• Renewals (the 30-day window applies to your first paid term only)
• Account suspensions for code-sharing or resale
• Issues with your own internet connection (our anti-freeze tech requires a stable 10 Mbps+ connection)

How to request a refund

1. Email help@catchontv1.email with the subject line “Refund Request”.
2. Include your prepay code and the email you used at purchase.
3. We respond within 4 hours AEDT/AEST.
4. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days.
